Happy Spring! After a long winter inside, it’s been nice to get outside and enjoy the warmer temps here in Virginia.
Speaking of Spring, we are really excited to be hosting our first annual “Full STEAM Ahead” Fun Run! It’s a great way to support the Foundation and stay active. And the best part? Ten percent of all proceeds raised will fund a STEAM grant for the Prince William County School that signs up the most participants!
In other news, we’ve been busy wrapping up another 6-week session of our STEAM Enrichment Clubs. We’ve made slime, designed roller coasters, coded our own video games, painted Shamrock fields, and used our brains to solve math puzzles without any arithmetic at all! SO FUN!
And don’t miss our Volunteer of the Month, Pritesh Chauhan! Pritesh was one of our earliest supporters and has remained one of our most enthusiastic advocates.

Meet Pritesh Chauhan!
Pritesh is a Marketing Superstar and the current Head of Community at Sedex in London, England. He is also a talented Spoken Word Poet and storyteller. Even from across the pond, Pritesh has contributed his time and expertise to the Foundation in a myriad of ways. Most recently, he made an incredible Spoken Word Poetry video for our STEAM library. We are so lucky to have folks like Pritesh on the Kuma Foundation team!!
